2.2 Account Registration

• Registration is free and voluntary

FaceLive is a web application that offers:

• Geolocation: Real-time user mapping

• Social Features: User interaction on the map
• Live Streaming: Real-time video transmission

4. USER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Permitted Use

• Personal and non-commercial use of the application
• Recording original or authorized content
• Respecting third-party privacy rights
• Respectful interaction with other users

4.3 Content Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for content they upload
• Must own all rights to published content
• Must respect copyright, trademarks and third-party rights
• Responsible for any legal violations

5. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

• Physical damages arising from app use (e.g. accidents during recordings)
• Psychological damages caused by interactions with other users

• Privacy violations caused by other users

5.2 Economic Damages

• Direct or indirect financial losses
• Legal costs arising from app use
• Loss of commercial opportunities
• Damage to devices or equipment

5.3 Technical Problems

• Loss of data, videos or content
• Application malfunctions
• Service interruptions
• Security vulnerabilities
• Device incompatibilities

5.4 Third-Party Content

• Inappropriate content published by other users
• False or misleading information
• Copyright violations by third parties
• Illegal behavior by other users

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for:

• The code is developed by Sam&Felix
• All rights are reserved
• Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited

8.2 User Content

• Users retain ownership of their content
• Grant a non-exclusive license to Lowegate
• Authorize publication on the platform
• May request removal at any time

8.3 Use of Third-Party Content

• Uploading copyrighted content is prohibited
• Users must have authorization for background music
• Respect image rights of recorded persons
• Do not use registered trademarks without permission

9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

9.1 Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Inappropriate behavior
• Reports from other users
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

9.2 Service Termination

• Lowegate may terminate the service at any time
• No advance notice of closure is guaranteed
• Data may not be recoverable
• No refund is due (free service)

9.3 Effects of Termination

• Immediate loss of access
• Possible deletion of content
• Loss of social connections on the platform
• Prohibition on recreating accounts

10. ADVERTISING AND MONETIZATION

10.1 Google AdSense

• The app uses Google AdSense to display ads
• Ads are automatically managed by Google
• Advertising revenue belongs to Lowegate
• Users have no right to advertising revenue

10.2 Sponsored Content

• Lowegate may insert promotional content
• Ad-free experience is not guaranteed
• Users cannot remove advertising
• No premium subscription available

11. TERMS MODIFICATIONS

11.1 Right to Modify

• Lowegate may modify these Terms at any time
• Changes are effective from publication
• Continued use implies acceptance of changes
• No advance notice of changes is guaranteed

11.2 Change Notification

• Changes will be published on this page
• Update date will always be indicated
• Possible in-app notifications for substantial changes

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

• These Terms are governed by Italian law
